Life is full of questions. If you have one about church or Jesus, please click here.

We have all faced it. Something bad happens and it puts us down. We get saddened by many things. It could be a death close to us, we lose something important, or any number of things. When times of sorrow hit, it is important to handle them correctly so that they don't take over your life. Below are some verses that can help you face these situations. You can also access a Bible search tool to find more. Above all, remember that you are not alone. Jesus has given you the promise that He will always be with you. He will never leave your side. Plus, there are many people you can turn to; feel free to contact us if you need someone to talk to.

"Why are you in despair, O my soul? And why have you become disturbed within me? Hope in God, for I shall yet praise Him, the help of my countenance and my God."
Psalm 42:11

"It will come to pass that before they call, I will answer; and while they are still speaking, I will hear."
Isaiah 65:24

"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to obtain an inheritance which is imperishable and undefiled and will not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, who are protected by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. In this you greatly rejoice, even though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been distressed by various trials, so that the proof of your faith, being more precious than gold which is perishable, even though tested by fire, may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ; and though you have not seen Him, you love Him, and though you do not see Him now, but believe in Him, you greatly rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, obtaining as the outcome of your faith the salvation of your souls."
1 Peter 1:3-9
